A. I purchased a domain somewhere else and enom has instructed me to contact Total Online Solutions, Inc. What should I do?
1. Create an account at www.tosdomains.net
2. Fax a visible copy of your drivers license or other legal photo ID to:
1-941-870-5425
3. In the fax, include the domain name, what you need done, how you have attempted to contact your domain provider, and your account username at www.tosdomains.net
4. Once that is received, your domain will be moved into your tosdomains.net account for full access. We will make any requested dns changes right away when we gain access to the domain name to help speed up the process.
Please note: If the registrant or admin contact listed in the whois database does not reflect your information, you do not legally own the domain name and we cannot give you access to it.
